Location. The Grand Hotel Panhans is located in the Alpine ski resort of Semmering, Austria, within 800 metres of the nearest ski lift. It is 1.5 kilometres from Semmering World Heritage Railway and three kilometres from the town centre.
Hotel Features. Set in a mountain setting at an elevation of 1000 metres, The Grand Hotel Panhans is a luxury resort hotel featuring a rotunda gallery and elegant 19th century styling. Beyond the imposing facade, guests will find a complete wellness centre with swimming pool, fitness suite, sauna and Turkish bath. The many spa applications, such as hot stone therapy, healing earth treatment, facials and massage will relax and rejuvenate. The front desk is open 24 hours and multilingual staff can provide assistance. Limousine services and complimentary parking are also available.
A complimentary buffet breakfast is served each morning in the bright atmosphere of Cafe Vienna. Three course menus are offered in the Blue Salon, while � la carte dining is available from the Wintergarten, featuring regional dishes and an extensive wine list.

Onsite recreation includes billiards and ice skating. Popular hiking and biking trails are located nearby, along with ski slopes and facilities for golf and tennis.

From Vienna International Airport (VIE):
Distance to Grand Hotel Panhans is 100 kilometres, approximately 80 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Taxis and shuttle bus services are available at the airport.
Getting around. Semmering is best explored by foot. There is a network of hiking trails and cable cars which provide access to mountain slopes and scenic views. The Semmering train links mountain villages.
Driving directions. From the airport take Highway A2 in the direction of Graz, as far as Seebenstein.
Follow the S6 to Bruck/Mur and Semmering.
At Maria Schutz take the exit to Semmering.
