The Hotel Ivan is part of the Solaris Resort and set in a modern low rise hotel surrounded by pine trees, 50 meters from sandy and pebbled beach areas and six kilometers from Sibenik. The 340 guestrooms feature light d�cor with wood furnishings and have balconies with sea or park views. All include Internet connections, air conditioning, satellite television, telephones, minibars, and complimentary newspapers.
The Hotel Ivan is part of the Solaris resort. The resort houses a Wellness center which includes six indoor heated pools, two with salt water and others with underwater massage jets, geysers and waterfalls. Adjacent to the pool is the beach bar offering refreshments and snacks, and evening entertainment. The hotel has two dining options: the main restaurant offers a buffet selection of regional and international dishes; the beachside grill serves fast food dishes with alfresco options and occasional gala evenings. Guests can also enjoy massages, a sauna, mud treatments, and make use of the fitness center. The complex also has a private pebbled beach with parasols and sun beds for hire. Other facilities include three conference rooms, on site gift shop, newsagent, and complimentary onsite parking. Local sights worth visiting include Sibenik, a hillside port town dating from the 11th century, at a distance of six kilometers. Skradinski Buk, the waterfalls of the River Krka, are within 17 kilometers of the hotel. The nearest airport to the hotel is Split Airport, which is 80 kilometers away.
