Location. Hotel Porta Nuova is housed in an early 20th century building constructed from the typically Umbrian light pink stone and located in the city of Assisi. The 13th century Gothic Saint Clare Church is 400 metres from the hotel and 14th century Rocca Maggiore, or Great Fort, is one kilometre away. Assisi railway station is four kilometres from the hotel and Perugia Sant Egidio Airport is 20 kilometres away, an approximate driving time of 20 minutes.
Hotel Features. Guests of Hotel Porta Nuova are provided with a complimentary breakfast in the air conditioned breakfast room and the hotel's pretty terrace offers magnificent views across Assisi and the surrounding countryside.
