Location. The Hyatt Regency San Antonio is located on the historic Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas. This 16 story hotel is one block from the Alamo and Rivercenter Mall. El Mercado and the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center are two blocks away, while La Villita, the Tower of the Americas and Hemisphere Tower are three blocks from the hotel.
Hotel Features. The hotel's multi tiered atrium overlooks a diverted portion of the San Antonio River that runs through the hotel. Glass elevators offer bird's eye views of the hotel's shops, clubs, restaurant and atrium below. Chaps Restaurant provides dining against the backdrop of the hotel's waterfall. The River Terrace Lobby Lounge and Mad Dog's serve appetizers, cocktails and pub food. Live jazz is performed at the Landing Jazz Club, featuring the Jim Cullum Jazz Band, a nationally recognized ensemble and Riverwalk institution. The full service Dasa Spa provides a myriad of select massage services and spa treatments including Fango Body Wraps, La Stone Therapy, Swedish Body Chiromassages and Aromatherapy Massages. This property offers a complimentary 24 hour fitness facility, and a heated outdoor pool and spa tub on the rooftop.
Guestrooms. The Hyatt Regency San Antonio features 632 guestrooms with antique style furniture. Beds feature down duvets, 250 thread count triple sheeting, and a variety of throw pillows. Rooms include high speed wired and wireless Internet access for a fee and cable television. Select rooms overlook the hotel atrium, or offer Alamo or Riverwalk views.
Expert Tip. The Hyatt Regency San Antonio is adjacent to the San Antonio Riverwalk where guests can take a two and one half mile river cruise on the San Antonio River. The tour takes approximately 40 minutes and departs every 15 minutes.
